Procurement Manager

You will be responsible for, but not limited to: • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and new suppliers across Europe and globally. • Evaluate, compare, and negotiate competitive supplier offers to ensure best value and sustainable supply. • Lead contract negotiations and establish long-term strategic agreements. • Collaborate closely with NPD and Technical teams to plan ranges, launch new products, and resolve supply challenges. • Stay ahead of market trends, identifying new opportunities and innovative sourcing solutions. What’s required? • Relevant university degree. • Minimum 10 years’ procurement experience in the food sector with proven commercial success. • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and project management skills. • Excellent analytical and numerical ability with proficiency in Excel. • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude and strong organisational skills. • Sound understanding of manufacturing and production processes. • Fluent in English; an additional European language is an advantage. • Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel occasionally. • IT literate.
